WP ISSUES

speed limit

Speeding

Speeding along Park Avenue has been an issue, particularly for people concerned for the safety of their children. It turns out other subdivisions are having problems as well. The Sugar Grove Homeowners Association Alliance, of which Windsor Pointe is a member, is working on finding a solution to this safety issue. If you have any ideas or suggestions, email us.

Behavior in the Park

There have recently been issues at the tot park with some children bullying younger children. Please remind your children that bullying is not acceptable behavior and will not be tolerated. The tot park is for use by ALL children in our subdivision. The HOA has contacted the police in response to resident complaints about the issue at the tot park and the SGPD indicated they will increase patrolling in the area.

Skateboarding

Please remember that skateboarding on the townhome porches is prohibited. Police have been notified of recent disturbances caused by this practice.

Skateboarding, or play of any kind, is also prohibited on the monuments on Regents Boulevard and on St. James Parkway. Pleae remind your children to stay off the monuments to prevent injury to themselves and to HOA property.
