Association Volunteer CommitteesAssociation Committees are important to keep the Association vital and effective, and they provide a great way to become involved in the community. We're always looking for new ideas and new people for our committees. If you feel you have something to contribute, please contact the chairperson of the committee you are interested in exploring. Each member is asked to serve a two-year term. CAM Committee
Chairperson:Steve Touchton Responsibilities: Soliciting and negotiating contracts for the management of the common areas; handling the complaints and requests of residents related to landscaping or use of common areas; when necessary, work with the Village to replace or improve Village-owned areas within Windsor Pointe. Chairperson: Lizzie Clements Responsibilities: Publishing a quarterly newsletter and web site with Board approval; setting up and maintaining a current list of residents and their contact information. Finance CommitteeChairperson: Julie Rutter Responsibilities: Proposing an annual budget and coordinating with auditors and tax professionals when necessary; soliciting and negotiating contracts for financial services as needed; responsible for collection of annual assessments and past due assessments. Social CommitteeChairperson: Andrea Houdek Responsibilities: Planning and organizing the annual Windsor Pointe block party and other events to be held throughout the year; forming women's and men's groups and activities for each.
