About Us

Windsor Pointe Community Association is committed to keeping our residents "in the loop" about what's happening in our subdivision and in Sugar Grove. We recognize that our residents have made a substantial investment in their properties, and our goal is to protect those investments by caring for our assets and building a strong community.

Windsor Pointe is located in Sugar Grove, Illinois, north of Galena Boulevard between Rt. 56 and Rt. 47. It is a lovely community of single family homes and town homes, built in the early 2000's.

Our Park

The Windsor Pointe Community Association was turned over to the residents in 2004 by Wiseman-Hughes, the developer. The purpose of the Association is to handle matters that maintain the quality of the community common areas and the value of our neighborhood. The covenants and bylaws, written by the builder and approved by the Village, offer a guideline that all owners agreed to honor upon the purchase of their home in Windsor Pointe. The Community Association has a responsibility to ensure that covenants and bylaws are observed, thus providing a pleasant environment for everyone in Windsor Pointe.
